This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of the "Cake Calculator" app, provided by Jacqueline Thieme, in the Google Play Store.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this app exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.

3. Content and Features

The app enables the conversion of ingredient quantities for baking recipes. Some features are only accessible through in-app purchases or by subscribing. Advertisements may be displayed in the free version.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through your Google account. A subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiration. Prices and conditions are visible in the app.

5. Usage Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell, or use the app for illegal purposes.

6. Disclaimer

Use is at your own risk. No liability is assumed for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Changes to the Agreement

The provider reserves the right to change this EULA at any time. Users will be informed of changes.
